Michelle was excellent throughout the sale of our house. Communication was always clear and prompt, she achieved a great price for us, and she was especially helpful towards the end in chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. We were so happy with her service that she is now also selling another property for our family. Highly recommended.

Michelle was excellent throughout the sale of our flat. She was highly professional, kept us well informed at every stage, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Everything ran very smoothly from start to finish, and we really appreciated her support and expertise. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

We instructed Michelle to sell my mums house in Horsham. We immediately felt comfortable working with her and she was amazing throughout the whole process. She made the viewing process easy, being flexible & communicative throughout. Not only this but we feel she went above what you would expect of your standard estate agent; she liaised with solicitors during the sale, chasing the process down the chain and keeping constantly on top of proceedings so that we knew we could always go to her for an update when needed. We cannot recommend Michelle enough to anyone and will definitely use her in the future.

We used open house to sell our flat. Michelle was amazing throughout the process. Michelle understood our worries, with this being our first sale, and was supportive along the way including providing recommendations/ guidance for our purchase as well.
Communication was easy and sufficient and we were kept up to date.
Viewings were flexible with potential buyers and not the normal Monday-Friday 9-5!

If we ever needed to we would 100% use open house for our next sale.

Michelle was amazing from beginning to end. I switched from a previous agent due to lack of communication and sales progressions. Michelle was transparent and communicative throughout the whole process. My sale wouldn't have happened without the hard work and dedication she gave.
